Warranty
Gemu Mania guarantees that, upon receiving payment and approving the order, the purchased products will be shipped.
Inspection Upon Delivery
- Upon receipt of the products, you are required to inspect them immediately for any damage or defects.
- If a product is delivered damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service within two days of receiving the package.
- To ensure proper and timely resolution, you will be required to provide photographs of the shipping box.
